20th Anniversary Dunk?

The word got out about this dunka few days back but I just had to mention it as I am really interested as to whether or not this really is an anniversary edition? As mentioned in the post at 5th-Dimension, why would nike just change the colour of a very similar Tony Parker dunk for such an event, when they go out of their way to create hype by using new packaging, and laser technology or different fabrics for other special events? Anyone know anything for sure?
